Major Futures Trading and Clearing Firm in NY is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join the Futures e-trading sales group. The candidate will be responsible for supporting several e-Futures trading applications [TT X Trader, PATS, GL] and will work closely with institutional sales desks to provide client training, and application support for clients. The candidate must have a good understanding of Global Futures & Options markets, and be able to support the sales effort as the e-Trading subject matter expert. The candidate will also need outstanding communication and organization skills. Experience working with clients and Project Management experience would be preferred. Recruiter: Jim Geiger |
