A major hedge fund located in Midtown NYC is looking for a CMBS analyst for their growing distressed portfolio of structured product. This position, reporting to the Chief Investment Officer will be responsible for performing quantitative and fundamental analysis in the CMBS sector. Investments are across the credit spectrum, but some expertise in lower rated and mezzanine tranches is a requirement. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in this sector from either a buy side firm or sell side strategic research group. Very competitive compensation will be offered.
