Private Equity firm located in Midtown is looking for a Mortgage Analytics Developer to support their Whole Loan Portfolio Management group. This position will be responsible for creating new analytical tools that will be used to analyze loan level data. Tools will be used to read data, create cashflows, price, and analyze default/prepayment models. Candidates must have at least 2 years developing mortgage related analytics in C# or Java, with strong knowledge of some scripting language (Python preferred). Understanding of bond math, mortgage cashflows, prepayment/defaults, statistics, etc is a must.
