The statistical arbitrage team of a large multi-billion-dollar hedge fund is seeking candidates for a Senior Software Engineer position. This person will participate in the development of a high frequency parallel system for trading thousands of stocks, futures, and options around the world. To be considered for this role the candidate will need to have 3-7 years experience in object-oriented programming C++ or Java. With experience building Hi-frequency event based systems. A MS- or PH.D-level degree in Computer Science (or in an Engineering or Science field, along with extensive CS coursework)
