A major trader of electric power products is looking for a Financial Transmission Rights (FTR) Analyst/Trader to support the existing Energy Derivatives Trading team. Responsibilities include analysis of local electric utility prices and forecasting transmission congestion costs. The Candidate will need a BS in Math, Finance, Accounting and should have 3+ yrs experience working for an electric utility in their trading room. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of electric power supply and demand forecasting tools such as OASIS and Dayzer. Experience with FTR and Options and Congestion Hedging instruments a must.
