A top multi-strategy Hedge Fund based in New York City is seeking an Junior Risk Analyst to join their Risk Management team. This is an opportunity to utilize sophisticated financial models and develop expertise in the valuation and analysis of complex financial instruments with a focus on fixed income and credit derivatives. The Risk Analyst will have direct involvement in testing, analyzing and reporting. Applicants must have 1-2 years experience in a risk management function with a leading bank or hedge fund. In additional, the successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in a quantitative or financial discipline from a top school with an impressive GPA and familiarity with fixed income securities and derivative instruments.
