A high-end hedge fund with offices in New York seeks a senior C# or Java hands-on developer to join the Fixed Income applications team and lead the development of Security Master, Market Data, Risk, PnL, Real-time and end-of-day pricing applications. Candidate should have at least 10 years of development experience and several years of experience in a tech-lead role and must be familiar with Fixed Income instruments and knowledge of their valuation. Market Data vendor API experience from either Bloomberg, Reuters or QuoteVision is a must. Experience with messaging technology such as TIBCO or WCF and SOA concepts is required. The ability to manage other technology resources and navigate a dynamic, fast paced environment is required.
