Global Investment Bank located in NYC is looking for a desk quant/modeler to support their credit derivatives trading business. This position will be responsible for creating, developing and building relative value tools to support the credit derivatives trading business. Types of transactions include: Credit Default Swaps, synthetic CDOs: credit linked notes: single tranche CDOs, to name a few.Additionally this position will provide additional quantitative support to traders on an on-going basis. 4+ years experience modeling credit derivatives, an advanced degree and solid C++ coding skills are required. Candidate must be able to work in a front office environment and be comfortable delivering quality solutions in a timely manner.
