Global NY-based media agency seeks a Digital Analytics Supervisor to join a team working to deliver actionable business insights to clients from a vast set of diverse and fragmented data sets. This position collaborates with the Digital Media Strategy, Planning, and Search teams and is responsible for infusing the Analytics Product throughout all client work
Responsibilities:
Project managing all day-to-day analytics related deliverables
Training and mentoring assigned analytics staff
Cross-functional team coordination and communication (Advertising Operations, Media, Strategy, Search, Analytics, Creative Partners, etc)
Derive insights from campaign performance reports that are meaningful and tie back to client marketing goals
Close coordination with Advertising Operations for campaign tracking trafficking
Assist Media team with developing campaign goals and how to track towards those goals
Build measurement plan and tagging strategy for each campaign
Coordinate with third-party research partners – Insight Express, Dynamic Logic, Comscore, etc.
Qualifications:
Strong PPT and Excel Skills
Minimum 3+ years of Agency experience
Robust knowledge and experience of third party ad serving and site-side tracking technologies: DART (standard and rich media), Eyeblaster, Pointroll, Interpolls, Omniture, Webtrends
Understanding of broad range of online advertising media channels from Search, Display Banners, Email, Contextual, Social
Robust understanding of online measurement and analytics, with the ability to provide meaningful insight to the client as well as internal teams
Understanding of digital media metrics such as reach and frequency, clickthrough rate, engagement, etc.
Understanding and familiarity with advanced analytics practices
Ability to digest and explain complex ideas to both external and internal clients
Requires strong project management skills
