Well-established NYC Hedge Fund is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to join their Research Group to develop Systematic Trading Strategies for Commodities, Futures & Options. Responsibilities will focus on analyzing and improving the performance of systematic trading software and algorithms, as well as coordinating the implantation of new trading strategies onto the their trading platform. Applicants with Electrical Engineering degrees from a top school with a high GPA are preferred, proven technical skills [S-Plus, R, Matlab SQL], and good knowledge of financial markets with 1-2 yrs of experience analyzing and implementing trading strategies/models, preferably for Commodities, Futures & Options or FX.
