A fast growing financial firm in NY is looking for an experienced Enterprise/Operational Risk Manager to oversee the firms Custody, Corporate Action and Asset Servicing businesses. The firm is a major participant in the fixed income cash and derivatives markets. The role will be responsible for Risk Control and Self Assessment: assessing all of the risks associated with the ongoing business and new products and includes [credit, market, liquidity, operational, legal, compliance, technology and systemic risks]. The candidate will have 10+ years of risk management experience and at least 5 years in an operational risk role in Clearing, Settling and Servicing fixed income transactions with an active trading firm in the brokerage industry. This is a leadership role and requires in depth knowledge of audit and compliance procedures, superior communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage and drive new policy initiatives through the organization.
