A mortgage company with offices in orange county, California, is building-out its mortgage servicing database and software applications capabilities and is seeking a proficient database developer knowledgeable in either Oracle, Sybase or SQL-Server. Candidate must be skilled in database design, analytical functions and working with large datasets. Close and dynamic interaction with the business to solve business problems will be required and ultimately the proper solution needs to be architected and implemented. Experience with mortgage loan data is required and additional experience with mortgage servicing applications is a plus. Proficiency with languages such as C#, Perl and Python is required.
