A prestigious global financial institution is seeking an experienced quantitative analyst with a strong background in CDS and high yield. Some background in emerging markets bonds is a plus. In this role, the Analyst will be part of a buyside team managing $20bn+ institutional multi-asset portfolios. The role will involve developing cutting-edge models and conducting innovative investment research as well as significant interaction with researchers and portfolio management teams. Applicants must have an advanced degree (PhD preferred) in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering and 2+ years professional experience with an investment bank or hedge fund applying quantitative techniques to credit derivatives. Experience with statistical packages such as Matlab, and programming experience is essential. The company offers a very attractive compensation and benefits package.
