Prestigious multi-billion fund manager specializing in 'long-only' and 'long-short' equities strategies is seeking a Quant Equity Trader to join their team. The Trader will use cutting-edge quantitative models to implement trading strategies, optimize the portfolio and analyze transaction costs. Familiarity with algorithmic trading models, electronic trading systems and transaction cost systems is required. Applicants must have a top school advanced degree (CFA a plus) and exceptionally strong computer skills and communcations skills. Requires at least one year experience in an electronic trading environment. The company offers a very attractive compensation and benefits package.
