Digital Analytics SVP. Leading financial services firm is looking for a Digital Analytics SVP to join their Decision Management Group.

Candidates with digital analytics skills required along with experience working with a leading agency or technology company as well as financial services firm.

This is high impact and high visibility senior role that will work on new and cutting edge initiatives in our leading North America Cards franchise.

Responsibilities include:
  • Drive high impact strategic analytical projects through the use of digital and other innovative technologies for the North America credit cards business utilizing analytical techniques
  • Build and manage small team of quantitative professionals in the use of digital and other innovative technologies
  • Share findings with the senior most levels of card executive leadership
  • Partner seamlessly across the Card and Consumer business to access information and create and drive strategies and implementation

    Key Collaboration Points:
  • Influence and prioritization of Cards Decision Management team
  • Partner with Global Decision Management to leverage best practices
  • Influence and Collaboration with Risk and Finance
  • Partnership with Segments and Senior Cards Leadership to deliver actionable segmentation and analytical tools to drive business results

    Business and Technical Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in industry other than Financial Services
  • Demonstrated ability to apply cutting edge statistical techniques to business problems and to leverage external thinking (from academia and/or other industries)
  • Strategic, critical, franchise thinker
  • Quick learner of new technologies and business functions
  • Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or other quantitative discipline
  • Ability to translate data into insights that understands customer needs and behavioral drivers.
  • Experienced in performing digital analytics and segmentation on the internet
  • Facility with sophisticated financial and statistical techniques to extract intelligence from internal and external information.
  • Unique customer focus. Strong record of achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions and approaches and to realize marketplace potential/achieve financial goals
