The candidate will work closely with Policy Execution, Risk Infrastructure and Credit Operations on policy implementation.
Specific responsibilities include:
Develop over revolving limit rules and optimize spend threshold amount, and delinquency authorization rules for no preset (NPSSL) products
Develop over credit limit rules and optimize cushion amount, and delinquency authorization rules for revolving products
Evaluate the impact of NPSSL conversion and develop customized policies to support the conversion
Perform test/control reads across channels and products
Monitor characteristics and performance of OCL and D-auth
Generate waterfall reports and perform t-testing at the vintage and product level
Monthly update of credit loss forecast based on latest performance read
Identify new risk tools, e.g., explore new vendor models, continue to develop transaction based criteria, and use of non traditional credit data
Support ad hoc analytical projects
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Cards business dynamics, major processes/functions and financials is highly desirable.
Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
First-hand knowledge and experience working with segmentation, optimization and similar data driven business solutions.
Strong technical skills (SAS, SQL)
Unique customer focus. Strong record of achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions and approaches and to achieve financial goals
Passion for the consumer financial services and/or payments industry (and its evolution)
