Our financial services client is seeking talented candidates for a Senior Manager Marketing Analytics position in their Business Banking Analytics Team. The role is located in Ohio. The Group supports the Retail Financial Services Business Banking Division, specifically covering Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics and List Management. The Group provides executive decision support, conducts high impact analysis, develops / maintains a suite of embedded models and owns a number of high value functions.
The Senior Marketing Analytics Manager will lead and develop a number of high caliber professionals, own a number of functions / processes and support product managers, marketing managers and senior management on key projects and decisions.
Candidate profile:
Strong communication and interpersonal and leadership skills
Track record of high performance
Top notch problem solving skills
Ability to lead and thrive in a high-powered, cross-functional environment
Extensive experience in the development, deployment, and improvement of models (highly desired)
Excellent business savvy with experience in either product or marketing
15+ years of professional analytic experience
10+ years of people management / leadership experience
Advanced degree (Master':::s or PhD) in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business or similar quantitative fields
Financial Services industry experience a plus
Strategy and/or Analytic Consulting experience a plus
Broad technical skill set - database, data mining, analytic methods, modeling - specific expertise in SAS and Affinium Unica a plus
Candidate will have to be SAS certified within 90 days of starting the position
