Leading solutions provider located in NYC is looking for a business analyst to collect, understand and transmit business requirements for derivative financial models.
The candidate will work with product management, client service and quality assurance teams as well as directly with clients to gather business requirements and ensure that the requirements are built into the software solution. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of business analysis experience in financial reporting and accounting systems with a financial firm or software solutions provider. The candidate will also need to have the ability and experience in translating complex financial reporting requirements into software solutions and outstanding software project management skills. Knowledge of financial accounting standards (FASB,IAS) and hedge accounting would be a plus. This is a great opportunity to work in a committed start-up environment with a talented team.
