A NY area Hedge Fund is looking for an experienced Energy Risk Manager to join their Risk Management team. This prominent firm has a need for someone who is an expert evaluating electricity (power) risk and has experience in both building risk reporting systems and working in a dynamic and active trading environment. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a quantitative science (PhD preferred), 5 or more years working directly with Electricity or Power transactions, knowledge of other energy commodities, and have the communication skills and desire to help develop, build, and manage the Energy Risk Infrastructure for this firm.
