Growing hedge fund is seeking a CRO with a strong quantitative background to join their team. The firm is an established player with cutting edge stat-arb trading models operating in the currency futures and equity index futures markets. The Risk Manager will oversee implementation of risk systems and risk reporting as well as provide presentations and due diligence materials for the firm':::s clients. In addition, the RM will be responsible for working with portfolio managers to develop market risk hedging strategies, improve asset allocation and risk measurements (VAR, CVar and scenarios). The successful candidate must hold a PhD in a quantitative discipline, have 5+ years in Risk Management and possess excellent analytical abilities and communications skills.
