Analytic Recruiting Inc. organizes its recruiting process along 16 Job Categories and 96 Specialties. The Specialties are the key element in conducting Job Searches and in subscribing to Job Alerts. They can be viewed here.
Account Setup & Registration & Maintenance:
Candidates must be registered with us to receive the full benefits of our free job placement services and the job searching functions in our website. We need the candidate’s resume to move forward on job applications.
Getting Job Alerts:
All visitors to the website may subscribe and Get Job Alerts. These are emailed nightly with details on new job openings in the employment specialties selected by the subscriber. Changing the targeted specialties and un-subscribing is easy.
Subscribers remain anonymous. Their email addresses are only deployed to trigger Job Alerts and otherwise are not used by Analytic Recruiting Inc. and its staff.
Searching for Jobs:
Our Advanced Job Search technology enables candidates to first list and secondly filter down job openings based on specialties, keywords and geographic preference(s). For example, list all jobs in one’s targeted specialties, next refine the search with keywords for industry, product, and/or technology, and then narrow down the openings by location.
Multiple searches can be saved and run repeatedly without re-entering the search criteria.
Our “My Latest Job Opportunities” Page allows returning visitors to view [with a single click] the latest job openings that match their saved job search parameters.
Applying for Jobs:
Candidates use the Job Cart function to initially place the jobs in which they are interested and to subsequently apply for them.
The Dashboard is the navigation hub provided to registered candidates to manage their job search.
