Investment Firm located in CT is looking for an experience Excel/VBA spreadsheet desk developer to support their structured credit derivatives trading business.
This position will be responsible for creating, developing and building pricing, risk analysis and reporting tools to support the credit derivatives trading business. Types of transactions include: Credit Default Swaps, synthetic CDOs: credit linked notes: single tranche CDOs, to name a few. Additionally this position will provide additional quantitative support to traders on an on-going basis. 2+ years experience modeling credit derivatives, a quantitative degree and solid Excel/VBA spreadsheet skills are required. Preference will be given to Candidates with demonstrated experience working with credit derivatives and fixed income securities and proficiency with C#, .NET development tools.
Candidate must be able to work in a front office environment and be comfortable delivering quality solutions in a timely manner.
