An major investment bank with offices in New York seeks an accomplished technology manager to head fixed-income rates technology. Candidates should have interest-rate derivative - such as swaps, swaptions, caps, floors - and treasury bond and futures product knowledge and system implementation experience. Candidates should also have 10 - 15 years of fixed-income application development and management experience with excellent communication skills. A degree in Computer Science is required and any additional experience implementing solutions in Java/J2EE and C++ is a plus. The ability to manage a staff of developers and navigate a dynamic, fast paced environment with interaction with business managers and traders across a fixed-income organization is required.
