A multi-billion dollar Asset-Management firm located in Boston is looking for a Director of Risk Management and Reporting. This position, reporting to the CFO will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, identifying, quantifying and disclosing risks to both internal and external parties. Additionally, this person will recommend ways to better understand and mitigate risks to the Portfolio Managers and traders. Strong understanding of portfolio attribution will be needed to ensure that returns are in line with risks being taken. The assets being managed are diverse but an expertise in equity and credit related cash and derivative securities is required. Preference will be given to candidates with buyside experience and an advanced degree. Relocation and aggressive compensation will be offered as appropriate.
