Job Description:
A leading private equity firm launched by senior leaders from a big 4 consulting firm with a proven record of successfully transforming industrial technology companies is seeking a Business Analyst. This person will engage cross-functionally with exposure to the entire deal process, from deal structuring to post-investment management.
Locations: NYC or San Francisco
Salary: Up to 130k base + 30% bonus

Responsibilities:

Provide business related analysis and guidance to Portfolio Company CXOs and Senior Directors

Implement strategies at the portfolio companies to drive value creation through top-line growth, margin accretion, and operational excellence

Analysts will experience different situations and develop skills as an engaged operator and investor

Financial evaluation to support investment opportunities and key strategic decisions
Qualifications:

Strong academic record from a top 50 undergraduate institution
-
Experience in private equity, investment banking, and strategy consulting

Extensive modeling skills and experience in Excel

Analytical background with strong communication skills
