Job Description:
Leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director of Omnichannel Excellence & Media Strategy. You’ll collaborate across BrandMarketing, Omnichannel Strategy, Agencies, and Media Partners to develop innovative, data-driven campaigns that optimize engagement and impact.
Responsibilities

Lead omnichannel media strategy across TV, digital, radio, social, and paid search, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Act as the media subject matter expert in campaign planning, guiding strategy across internal teams and agencies.

Develop test-and-learn initiatives with the Insights & Analytics team to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Build and maintain relationships with external media partners, negotiating placements and optimizing performance.

Collaborate with brand and creative teams to refine messaging and maximize engagement.

Manage the media roadmap, balancing strategic priorities and trade-offs.
-
Stay ahead of emerging media trends, identifying innovative opportunities to strengthen campaigns.

Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize investment and impact.
Required Skills

8+ years of DTC/HCP media experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution

Expertise in media buying, negotiations, and strategic recommendations.

Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with deep knowledge of DTC/HCP media landscape.

Proven ability to develop and execute omnichannel campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights.

Experience designing customer engagement strategies with large-scale budgets.

Ability to analyze performance, define KPIs, and optimize marketing investment.
