Job Description:
A well-established law firm is seeking an Application Support Engineer to maintain and enhance critical business systems and workflows. This role supports implementation, upgrades, ensuring reliable system performance and ongoing optimization of enterprise platforms.
This position serves as a bridge between business operations and IT infrastructure, managing operations of key applications such as document management, timekeeping, financial systems, and other integrated tools.
Responsibilities:

Support the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, from evaluation to deployment and maintenance

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues

Monitor performance, identify risks, and resolve incidents to ensure uptime

Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations

Maintain integrations using APIs, middleware, and automation scripts

Configure workflows and customize systems to meet business needs

Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts

Develop documentation, training materials, and user support resources
-
Deliver training sessions and guidance to end users and internal teams

Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements

Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

5+ years supporting enterprise applications and databases
-
Experience with iManage (Document management system)

Experience with SQL and scripting for automation

Familiarity with cloud platforms and system integrations

Knowledge of authentication methods and enterprise architecture
