Job Description:
A venture backed marketplace used by leading technology companies in the world is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own the models, metrics, and decision systems that power AI native workflows.
If you love working end to end, from framing ambiguous problems to deploying production models, this role puts you at the center of product, growth, and marketplace strategy.
Responsibilities:

Define the metrics and causal questions that guide product decisions

Build models + decision systems that improve outcomes for customers

Ship analyses and data products that directly shape product behavior

Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM to drive measurable impact

Establish the foundations for experimentation, measurement, and applied ML
Requirements:

Product minded thinking and strong causal reasoning
-
Fluency in SQL + rigorous analysis in Python
-
Experience building + monitoring production models
-
Clear communication and cross functional alignment
-
High ownership: you take problems from 0 to 1
Qualifications
-
4+ years in data science, applied ML, or analytics
-
Strong experimentation and/or causal inference experience
-
Experience shipping models, metrics, or data products with engineering
-
Bonus: marketplaces, growth, incentives, pricing, data pipelines, AI assisted workflows
