Job Description:
A large regional bank is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support secure, scalable applications that power banking and financial services capabilities. This role leverages AI-assisted development tools throughout the software lifecycle and requires strong full-stack engineering expertise.
Location: Florham Park, NJ (4 days/week)
Salary: Up to $105/hour, up to $180k base after 6 months if it converts to full-time (goal is conversion to full-time after 6 months
Responsibilities:

Use AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to accelerate design, development, testing, and documentation

Design and develop modern web applications using React, Angular, or similar framework

Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services using .NET OR Python

Lead solution design, development, deployment, monitoring, and production support activities

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable cloud-based solution

Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

Mentor team members and contribute to engineering best practices
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fie

7+ years of software development experience, including full-stack application development

Strong experience with .NET OR Python, REST APIs, microservices, and modern frontend framework

Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and G

Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native development

Experience using AI-assisted development tools in a professional environment

Financial services, banking, payments, or other regulated industry experience preferred
