Job Description:
A NY-based Fixed Income Asset Manager is looking for a junior securitization and risk analyst for the firm's fixed-income portfolio consisting of Structured Credit (CLOs) Commercial Real Estate, and Private Credit assets.
The role will be to run cash-flow models, collect data, and produce scheduled reports and ad hoc requests for portfolio holdings, investment performance, and related accounting activities.
Responsibilities:

Analyze and Monitor all Commercial Mortgage Loans and Private Credit investments for proper procedures for booking, invoicing, cash distributions, and reporting.

Manage and run Excel-based cash-flow models that generate reports for accounting, operations, front office, and external clients.

Monitor all the data that enters the firm’s portfolio management, performance, and accounting systems for commercial mortgage loans and private credit, private transactions.

Perform Value analysis of all types of illiquid structured assets including Commercial Real Estate, Structured and Private Credit,

Manage performance reporting and fee invoicing for structured fixed-income products.

Review methodologies used to generate valuation assumptions incorporating allowance for loan and lease losses (ALLL) adjustments, internal credit rating based forecast, roll-rate analysis, probability of default (PD)/loss given default (LGD) benchmark, and back-testing analysis.
Requirements:

Must have 3+ years of relevant fixed-income asset management monitoring and reporting experience related to Commercial Mortgage loans and Private Credit portfolios.

Must have knowledge of structured fixed-income assets

Must have strong quantitative skills

Superior communication skills

Must have experience working with the front office, accounting, and external clients

Must have Excel and MS application experience

The anticipated compensation for this position is $100,000-$150,000 commensurate with experience plus a discretionary bonus.
